Rebeccah is the managing partner of Maxwell Graham, and an accomplished attorney recognized by her peers for her experience and skills. Her practice consists solely of representing injured people, and she loves to advocate compassionately and persuasively for her clients. Never one to back down, Rebeccah relishes both the small and large victories.
Rebeccah has been honing her skills as a trial attorney her entire career. For over 13 years she was a public defender, trying criminal cases at every court level. She started her career defending criminal cases in isolated villages in northern New Mexico and then moved to Seattle, where she tried many felony and misdemeanor cases. She then served for 11 years as a pro tem judge in King County, Washington. Rebeccah credits this experience for her deep knowledge of the courtroom, outstanding trial skills and her ability to connect with jurors.
Rebeccah loves the complicated cases. She has developed an expertise in premises liability (slip and fall) and traumatic brain injuries. She has relationships with a wide range of experts in these areas and makes sure that her clients get the treatment and outcome they deserve.
Rebeccah believes that each client has a story, and that the best way to tell their story is to spend quality time getting to know them as people. Rebeccah goes the distance for her clients at every level. Preparation, hard work, creativity and fearless advocacy are her trademarks.
