Jessica Lujan is a trial attorney focusing her practice on catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, ADA enforcement, and wrongful death cases. She has significant experience litigating personal injury matters for both injury victims and insurance defendants in state and federal court. Jessica practices out of the firm’s San Diego office and is committed to holding businesses and individuals accountable for injuries caused by negligence.
She is admitted to practice in California state and federal courts and is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of San Diego, the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, San Diego County Bar Association, Lawyers Club of San Diego, and the American Association for Justice. Prior to joining Gomez Trial Attorneys, Jessica worked for a leading San Diego civil defense law firm and a San Diego County municipality. Her extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and the California Tort Claims Act make her a strong advocate for those she represents.
Jessica earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame—GO IRISH! She speaks Spanish and French and is passionate about supporting diversity efforts in the San Diego legal community. Jessica has been recognized through various awards and scholarships for her student mentorship and leadership. She published an article printed in the El Paso Bar Journal:
