Partner
Lauren D. Fraser, partner in the firm’s Accidents/Personal Injury Practice Group, assists clients with serious, and often catastrophic, injuries sustained from trucking and motor vehicle accidents, as well as workplace injuries and medical malpractice matters.
Lauren is a nationally recognized trial lawyer representing clients who have been seriously injured through no fault of their own in car crashes, truck crashes, slip/trip and falls and workplace incidents. She helps members of the community navigate the often-confusing insurance and litigation processes. Fraser also works with attorneys from all over the country, helping them prepare for their own trials by running focus groups and offering strategic trial consulting.
She is a strong advocate for her injured clients to ensure they are treated fairly, developing tailored legal strategies specific to their medical issues toward receiving a favorable outcome. She has represented clients in both pre-trial settlements and jury verdicts, communicating with her clients throughout the process to keep them connected. Lauren is based in the Sparta office of Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, and is a lifelong resident of Sussex County. She is available to handle injury cases throughout New Jersey or serve as co-counsel anywhere in the country.
Lauren is actively involved in many legal organizations including the Sussex County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the New Jersey Association for Justice, the Morris County Bar Association, and the Melvin M. Belli Society. She serves on a range of litigation committees and is a frequent CLE presenter on trial strategies and trial presentation skills.
In 2013, Lauren formed the Women’s Entrepreneurial Network (WEN) to foster a community of collaboration and to offer educational resources for women business owners in northern New Jersey.
In her spare time, Lauren is the Director of the award-winning performing arts and dance studio, Trinity Studios and is Producing Director of the Black Cat Theatre Company of NJ. She is an author of both fiction and non-fiction.
