Hillary Nappi is a nationally recognized trial attorney and passionate advocate for survivors of sexual abuse, civil rights violations, and corporate misconduct. As a partner at AWK Survivor Advocate Attorneys, she leads high-impact litigation across complex civil, commercial, and constitutional matters, with a focus on amplifying the voices of those historically silenced.
Ms. Nappi has played a pivotal role in landmark cases under New York’s Child Victims Act and is currently at the forefront of efforts to expand survivor access to justice through legislative reform. She serves on the Board of Directors of CHILD USA, a leading nonprofit think tank dedicated to ending child abuse and neglect through legal advocacy and research.
Her legal career spans over a decade, including formative years at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, where she worked on high-stakes litigation and regulatory investigations. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star and named a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
Ms. Nappi earned her J.D. from Pace University School of Law, where she was a Moot Court Board member and Second Circuit Lt. Governor for the ABA Law Student Division. She holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Pace University and is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and multiple federal courts.
